Renewal Of Screws
We are making renewals of screws up to ř 250 mm in lengths up to 2000 mm. This renewal operation consists of applying an armoured layer onto the screw surface and of its grinding off to the original screw diameter. The hardness of the armoured layer is according to the demand of the customer, HRC = 57-64.
The component part of this renewal operation is also the repairing of the screw core and the repolishing of the channel.
In addition to this, a local repair of a mechanically damaged screw is possible as well.
The renewed screw proves at least a 2x higher service live compared with a new one.
There is a guarantee period of 6 months conceded on the performed screw renewal.
