OMS Group proposes to the market two version of high pressure units: ECOMASTER 2 series andour ultimate version, the ECOb@se series.

The ECOMASTER 2 series of high pressure metering equipment has been designed to introduce the benefits of high pressure metering and mixing within a modular range of machinery which can be tailored to precisely match particular production or technical requirements. OMS Group has paid particular attention to the ever increasing market demands for non-CFC formulations utilising alternative blowing agents by proposing sophisticated and reliable safety systems.

OMS Group has designed and manufactured a new ECOb@seseries of high pressure foaming machines, paying particular attention to the compact design of this machine by proposing a simple, user friendly setting of machine parameters to simplify the introduction to high pressure technology to all those companies who have always been operating with low pressure units. This ultimate version of high pressure unit has been created to meet the particular, environmentally friendly performance and budget targets most commonly required by urethane processors wishing to benefit from a simple to use, reliable and well-specified machine.

The OMS ECOb@se series of high pressure units, working at 1:1 or 2:1 ratio with min/max output ranging from 1.8 l/min to 100 l/min, can be used for virtually all types of polyurethanes production.
